Is this a managed account? Do you trade my money?
No. lucafefx is a software license. You download the Expert Advisor and run it on your own MetaTrader 5, connected to your own broker account. We never hold your funds and never see your broker password. You can stop the software at any moment by closing MT5 or removing the EA from the chart.
What happens if a strategy loses?
Losses happen — no strategy wins every trade, and past performance does not guarantee future results. What we control: every strategy must pass a profit-factor floor of 1.20 on 100% real-tick backtests before it's listed, and each EA ships with the exact tested parameters plus a hard cap on concurrent orders. What you control: lot size, direction, max orders, and the kill switch. Never trade money you can't afford to lose.
Can I run it on a demo account first?
Yes — and we recommend it. The EA behaves identically on demo and live accounts. Run it on a demo for a week or two until you trust what you see, then switch to live by attaching it to a chart on your live MT5 login.
Which broker do I need?
Any compatible MT5 broker can run the software. Our backed tests use CapitalPointTrading-MT5-4 (IC Trading); another broker's spreads and execution can produce different results. IC Markets and Coinexx have active partner links above, while the IC Trading partner link is pending.
How do I get the software after paying?
After your order is confirmed you receive the Expert Advisor file, the verified parameter set, and a guided setup recording — typically within hours, via the email you signed up with. Setup takes about ten minutes: install MT5, drop in the EA, attach it to the chart. We walk you through it over Telegram if anything looks off.
What's your refund policy?
Read the full refund policy. Short version: software licenses are digital goods; refunds are assessed case-by-case within the first 7 days if the software fails to function as documented on a supported broker.
