The short version
First month, EA not activated
Full refund of your first month's fee if requested within 7 days of payment and you have not yet activated the license against a live MT5 account.
After activation or after 7 days
Once the license has been activated against a live account, or after 7 days from your first payment, the current month is non-refundable. You can stop renewing at any time.
Why this policy
lucafefx is digital software delivered immediately. We don't ask you to install it before we can fulfill the order — once you've installed it on a live account, we've delivered the product. The 7-day pre-activation window exists so you can verify (on a demo account, with the .set file, with the setup guide) that the product is what you expected before you commit it to live trading.
How to request a refund
Email otevaolliver@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address used at signup;
- The Telegram handle used at signup;
- The date and amount of the payment you are requesting refund of;
- The reason for the request.
We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method (Wise or Binance Pay).
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancellation means you stop renewing for future months. You keep access through the end of the current 30-day license period. You can cancel any time from your Telegram conversation with the sales bot, or by emailing us — no questions asked.
Refund means we send back money already paid. This is only available in the narrow window described above.
Exceptional cases
If the software materially failed to deliver the documented functionality (e.g., the EA never installed correctly despite valid setup, the license key failed to issue, the backtest report linked from the Proof page is materially inaccurate), we will refund you in full regardless of activation status. Contact us and we will work it out in good faith.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us first if you have a billing concern. We're a small operation and almost any honest dispute can be resolved within a single Telegram exchange. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of access and may be contested with the payment processor.
No refunds for trading losses
This is important. We do not refund the subscription fee because the strategy had a losing month, a drawdown, or did not match your expectations of profitability. The subscription pays for the software and updates, not for a particular trading outcome. The Proof page documents the historical backtest performance — please review it carefully before subscribing.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram or email. Changes apply to subscriptions starting after the change date.
