Plain-English summary
We collect the minimum information needed to deliver the service to you and bill you for it. We never see, hold, or have access to your broker password, your trading account credentials, your account balance, or your live trades. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Who we are

What we collect
To deliver the lucafefx subscription service we collect, with your knowledge:
- Account contact details: name (or display name), email address, Telegram handle.
- Payment metadata: the transaction reference, amount, and method (Wise / Binance Pay) used to confirm your subscription payment. We do not store your full card number or your wallet's private keys.
- License information: the license key issued to you, its expiry date, and which EA product the key is bound to.
- Support correspondence: messages you send us via Telegram or email.
- Basic web server logs: IP address, user agent, referring URL, and timestamp of requests to lucafefx.com / otevaolliver.com, used for security and reliability monitoring. Retained no longer than 30 days.
What we do not collect
- Your broker username or password.
- Your MT5 account password or investor password.
- Your live trading balance, P&L, or open positions.
- Your government identity documents (unless required for an explicit fraud / dispute investigation).
- Any analytics fingerprint beyond the basic server logs above. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no third-party ad networks.
Why we use the information
- To deliver your subscription (issue and renew license keys; send you the EA file and set files).
- To communicate with you about your subscription (renewal reminders, support, security notices).
- To process your payment with our payment partners (Wise, Binance Pay).
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and license sharing.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations (tax records, lawful requests).
Third-party processors
We share the minimum data required for service delivery with these processors:
- Wise (Wise Payments Ltd) — payment processing. Subject to Wise's privacy notice.
- Binance Pay (Binance Holdings Ltd / regional affiliate) — payment processing. Subject to Binance's privacy notice.
- Telegram (Telegram FZ LLC) — bot-based delivery and support. Subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, DDoS protection. Sees the IP address and request metadata of visitors.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to any party for marketing.
How long we keep your data
- Account contact + license records: for the life of your subscription plus 24 months after cancellation, to support reactivation and tax records.
- Payment metadata: 7 years, to satisfy US tax record-keeping rules.
- Support correspondence: 24 months.
- Web server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on your residency, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar regimes. You can request to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it (subject to legal retention exceptions); export it; opt out of any sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data). To exercise any of these, email otevaolliver@gmail.com from your registered email. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The lucafefx marketing site (otevaolliver.com) does not use cookies for advertising, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security/DDoS protection. No consent banner is required because no tracking cookies are used.
Security
We use HTTPS for all web traffic, store license records in an encrypted database, and require multi-factor authentication on internal admin accounts. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
International transfers
OTEVA OLLIVER LLC operates from the United States. If you are outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US or other countries where our processors operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors) where required.
Children
The Service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect data from, persons under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram or email.
